EASY Homemade Christmas Candy

You probably won't find these recipes in many Martha Stewart cookbooks...but I can tell you one thing.  They are FAST.  They are easy...and they are YUMMY!
Melt chocolate.  Pour it over Chow Mein Noodles.  Stir.
(Here I got all fancy and used the colored melted chocolate to be all festive.)
Also, not pictured, I used regular chocolate and mixed in marshmallows!  SMORES!

One 8 oz. package of Cream Cheese and 1 package of powdered sugar. Mix well.
Add 1/8 tsp. of flavoring and food coloring to your liking.
Make little balls and flatten with a fork
(We did Mint and Almond this year)

Squish square caramels.  Dip in melted chocolate. Dip in crushed nuts.
Use whatever nuts you fancy!

In a food processor, chop a package of Oreos until finely chopped.  While still in the processor, gradually add 8 oz. of cream cheese, and blend.  Chill.  Roll into balls and cover with melted chocolate.
(use different flavors of Mint, Peanut Butter...YUM!)

Make a peanut butter sandwich with crackers....cover with chocolate.
(Change up the crackers....maybe even use Biscoff or Nutella as the filling)

Place pretzels on parchment paper, top with Milky Way Simple Caramels (cut in half), Bake at 350 for 3 minutes, when they come out of the oven, squish a pecan on top!
So, basically, when in doubt, just find something and cover it in chocolate....makes everything taste better!
